Abstract

Puzzles have long been a part of mathematics and computer science. Some of them have become part of the folklore of the field, others appear in job interviews (for example, at Google) or in professional magazines. Solving puzzles is an enjoyable pastime in which one can get good practice in thinking, and in the case of computer puzzles, algorithmic thinking. In this article we present some interesting examples. The article is a continuation of the informatics puzzles published in previous issues of the Mathematics-Physics-Informatics journal.
